Description

This No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert is a refreshing treat that combines smooth creaminess with tangy pineapple, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: 1 cup shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the chilled heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple and optional shredded coconut.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter, then press the mixture evenly into the bottom of your serving dish.
  5. Pour the pineapple and cream mixture over the crust and spread it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
