Description

Delicious bite-sized treats that capture the rich flavors of pecan pie without the need for baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup finely ground pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the finely ground pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually fold the cream cheese mixture into the pecan mixture until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  6. If desired, roll the balls in additional pecan pieces or chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the rolled balls in the fridge for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure to chill the mixture for the best texture and consider toasting the pecans for added flavor.
