Description

A creamy and rich no bake dessert featuring peanut butter filling nestled in a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz whipped topping (optional)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and press into the bottom of a pie dish evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, followed by the peanut butter. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Carefully fold in the whipped topping until there are no streaks.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly. Optionally, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
  5. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
  6. Serve slices chilled.
