Description

A rich and creamy no bake dessert featuring peanut butter and cream cheese in a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then press into a pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Slowly mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set, or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled, drizzling with chocolate if desired.

Notes

For a twist, try adding a layer of chocolate ganache on top. Keeps well in the fridge for 4-5 days and can be frozen.
