- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then press into a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Slowly mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Spread the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set, or overnight.
- Serve chilled, drizzling with chocolate if desired.
Notes
For a twist, try adding a layer of chocolate ganache on top. Keeps well in the fridge for 4-5 days and can be frozen.
