Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Grab a 9-inch springform pan and grease it lightly or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Crust: Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan, and chill.
  3. Beat the Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the Marshmallow Fluff: Fold in the marshmallow fluff until well incorporated.
  5. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
