A quick and easy layered dessert featuring creamy layers and crunchy Oreos, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a ziplock bag or food processor.
- Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the base of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust, sprinkle with more crushed Oreos, then add the remaining filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce on top before serving.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps in the filling. Extra Oreos can be used for decoration.
