- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups green candy melts or chocolate
- Sprinkles (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls about an inch thick and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Melt the green candy coating according to package instructions, adding coconut oil if needed for consistency.
- Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Add sprinkles before the coating sets.
- Return the truffles to the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden.
