- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 container Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 1 container chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with milk and whisk until thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well blended.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, lay down a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the creamy pudding mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out to the edges.
- Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top it off with one last layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the chocolate frosting generously over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover the dish and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred).
