Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy filling, soft graham crackers, and chocolate frosting, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 container Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 1 container chocolate frosting


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with milk and whisk until thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well blended.
  3. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, lay down a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the creamy pudding mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out to the edges.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top it off with one last layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the chocolate frosting generously over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Cover the dish and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred).

Notes

For extra flavor, try using chocolate graham crackers or adding layers of different pudding flavors.
