Description

A creamy, rich dessert that’s easy to make and perfect for coffee lovers. This no-bake cheesecake combines the delightful flavor of coffee with a smooth, velvety texture.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup (240ml) Brewed Coffee, cooled
  • 1 ½ cups (150g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Mix the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then gradually mix in brewed coffee.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin according to packaging instructions and mix into the cheesecake filling.
  5. Combine Everything: Pour the filling into the chilled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve: Once set, slice and enjoy with optional toppings like whipped cream or chocolate shavings!
