- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- Fresh fruit (for topping)
- Chocolate ganache (for topping)
- Caramel sauce (for topping)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until moistened and crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, about 2 minutes. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, slice the cheesecake and top with your favorite toppings before serving.
Notes
