Ingredients

- 24 ladyfingers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- Assorted fresh fruits (berries, sliced fruits)
Instructions
- Prepare the ladyfingers by lining a round springform pan with parchment paper and arranging the ladyfingers upright around the edge.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then microwave to dissolve. Stir into the cream mixture.
- Spread a layer of cream mixture into the center of the ladyfingers, then layer fruits if desired, and repeat until filling is used up.
- Cover the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, gently remove the sides of the pan and enjoy the cake.
