Delicious, bite-sized truffles made from cake mix, cream cheese, and chocolate, perfect for parties or sweet cravings.

- 1 cup cake mix (any flavor, vanilla or funfetti recommended)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, softened cream cheese, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until well blended.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls about one inch in diameter.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle more sprinkles on top.
- Place the truffles in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Keep them chilled after making for best texture. Double the recipe for gatherings.
