A refreshing, metabolism-boosting drink that combines the power of citrus, ginger, and chia for sustained energy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (soak 5 mins)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: drop of stevia or monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Stir chia into the liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
