- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken)
- 2 tablespoons Nashville hot chicken seasoning
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup pickles (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Mix shredded chicken with the Nashville hot seasoning in a bowl.
- Spread ranch dressing over the crust and top with the spicy chicken followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Add sliced pickles on top after removing from the oven.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Control the spice by adjusting the amount of seasoning. Grate your own cheese for better melting. Experiment with additional toppings if desired.
