Description

A delightful twist on pizza featuring spicy, tangy Nashville hot chicken, creamy ranch, and gooey mozzarella on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons Nashville hot chicken seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup pickles (sliced)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Mix shredded chicken with the Nashville hot seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Spread ranch dressing over the crust and top with the spicy chicken followed by mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Add sliced pickles on top after removing from the oven.
  7. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

Control the spice by adjusting the amount of seasoning. Grate your own cheese for better melting. Experiment with additional toppings if desired.
