Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (or carob powder)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder (or baking soda)
  • 2 Eggs (or mashed bananas/flaxseed meal)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (or dried fruit)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the melted butter and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  6. Grease your baking dish, pour in the mixture, and smooth it out with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool, slice into squares, and serve.
