Ingredients

- 1 lb Beef Sirloin (or flank steak, or chicken)
- 8 oz Egg Noodles (or rice noodles)
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar (or honey)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
- 4 Green Onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, broccoli)
Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
- Marinate the beef in a bowl with soy sauce and brown sugar for 15-30 minutes.
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain them.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the marinated beef until browned and tender. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mixed vegetables with ginger and garlic until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles and beef back to the pan, adding remaining marinade and mixing well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free noodles and tamari instead of soy sauce.
