- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix melted chocolate with eggs and sugar until combined. Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until just set.
- Let the pie cool completely.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and spread over the cooled pie.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Notes
For serving, garnish with chocolate sauce or fresh berries if desired. Can be made a day in advance.
