- 1 package Puff Pastry
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg, for egg wash (or olive oil for vegan option)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté minced garlic in a skillet until fragrant, then add fresh spinach and cook until wilted; remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the cooled spinach with feta and cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares/rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each piece of pastry.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to seal, and use a fork to press the edges together.
- Brush the tops with egg wash or olive oil.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispy texture, reheat leftovers in the oven instead of the microwave.
