Description

A rich and creamy fudge combining semi-sweet chocolate and fluffy marshmallow cream, perfect for parties and sweet treats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in marshmallow cream, creating swirls.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature for a bit, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  7. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, melt chocolate over low heat to prevent burning. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
