Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix garlic, onion, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, chili powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite sides.
