Description

A mouthwatering dish featuring marinated chicken thighs grilled to perfection with a zesty marinade that includes garlic, citrus juices, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix garlic, onion, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, chili powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite sides.
