Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Optional: bell peppers or asparagus for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
