Description

A delightful hybrid between a croissant and a muffin, filled with cheesy garlic goodness. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)


Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Mix in warm milk and melted butter until it forms a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  5. Mince garlic and mix it with softened butter and your chosen cheese for the filling.
  6. After the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle and spread the cheesy garlic mixture evenly across it.
  7. Roll the dough into a log, slice it into rounds, and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  8. Cover rolls and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
