- ¼ teaspoon ube extract

Instructions
- Add sweetened condensed coconut milk to the bottom of a tall glass.
- Pour in ube extract and stir it together with the coconut milk.
- Add your choice of milk.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Slowly pour the espresso over the top.
- Stir, taste, and adjust sweetness or coffee strength if needed.
Notes
Use a clear glass to highlight the vibrant purple layer. Blend it if you prefer a frappe-style texture. Sprinkle cinnamon or swap milks for extra flair.
