Description

A refreshing Orange Pie that combines the zesty flavor of fresh oranges with a creamy texture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • Zest from 2 oranges
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Whipped cream for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using a homemade graham cracker crust, crush the crackers and mix with melted butter; press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, orange juice, and zest; add sugar to taste.
  4. Pour the orange filling into the crust and smooth it out.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until filling is set.
  6. Cool down completely; chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  7. Serve with whipped cream on top.
