- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest from 2 oranges
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using a homemade graham cracker crust, crush the crackers and mix with melted butter; press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, orange juice, and zest; add sugar to taste.
- Pour the orange filling into the crust and smooth it out.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until filling is set.
- Cool down completely; chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
