Description

A sweet and savory salmon dish infused with honey and a hint of spice, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Remove salmon from marinade and place it on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil until it thickens into a glaze.
  6. Once baked, drizzle the thickened glaze over the salmon and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Let the salmon marinate for the full time to enhance flavors. Adjust the amount of chili flakes based on your spice tolerance.
