Ingredients
- Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Ricotta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Hot Honey
- Fresh Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil over the rolled-out dough.
- Spoon generous dollops of ricotta cheese onto the dough.
- Transfer your pizza to the oven or pizza stone and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza once it comes out of the oven.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add fresh basil, slice, and serve!
