- 1 cup Brown Sugar

- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add in the dry ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cookies will be soft but firm up as they cool.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For an extra treat, serve warm with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. You can also chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for enhanced flavor.
