Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, salting the water for flavor. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add more butter, then stir in cream cheese until melted. Add milk, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese, stirring until creamy.
  4. Drizzle in honey and sprinkle in pepper, mixing well to coat everything.
  5. Fold in cooked pasta and chicken, ensuring every noodle is covered in cheese sauce.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with more honey and sprinkle with extra pepper if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, you can add more cheese or a touch of flour. Substitute ground turkey or shrimp for chicken if desired.
