- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the creamed corn, sweet corn, honey, and melted butter.
- Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until blended.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
