- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
- 1 Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a big bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, egg, chopped green onions, soy sauce, honey, and parmesan. Mix gently to keep the meatballs tender.
- Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
- While the meatballs bake, whisk together honey and soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until combined and slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the honey-soy sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Notes
Let the cooked meatballs sit for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
