Description

Delicious and juicy honey garlic turkey meatballs that are easy to make and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a big bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, egg, chopped green onions, soy sauce, honey, and parmesan. Mix gently to keep the meatballs tender.
  3. Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
  5. While the meatballs bake, whisk together honey and soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until combined and slightly thickened.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the honey-soy sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Notes

Let the cooked meatballs sit for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
