- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook the chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor and adjust sweetness with more or less honey as desired.
