Description

A flavorful Asian-inspired dish featuring tender chicken coated in a sweet and garlicky sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook the chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor and adjust sweetness with more or less honey as desired.
