Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop heaping dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden but the center is slightly soft.
- Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
