Description

Delightful homemade cheesy pizza pockets filled with gooey cheese and customizable toppings, perfect for snacks or quick meals.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dust your countertop with flour, and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Use a round cutter to cut out circles about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  4. On one half of each circle, place a small amount of mozzarella, a slice or two of pepperoni, and a little bit of pizza sauce.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges firmly.
  6. Brush a bit of olive oil on top and place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping. Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
