- Pizza Dough
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pepperoni
- Pizza Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dust your countertop with flour, and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
- Use a round cutter to cut out circles about 4-5 inches in diameter.
- On one half of each circle, place a small amount of mozzarella, a slice or two of pepperoni, and a little bit of pizza sauce.
- Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges firmly.
- Brush a bit of olive oil on top and place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping. Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
