Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center.
- Pour the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs into the well. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- After rising, punch the dough down, shape it into a loaf or rolls.
- Let it rise again for 30 minutes in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
