Description

A no-bake festive pie with a creamy peppermint filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any winter gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form a crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the peppermint extract and gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth it out.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
  6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top before serving for decoration and added crunch.

Notes

For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more peppermint extract cautiously. You can make this pie a day in advance for better flavor.
