- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- ½ cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract and gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top before serving for decoration and added crunch.
Notes
For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more peppermint extract cautiously. You can make this pie a day in advance for better flavor.
