- 2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by gathering and chopping everything.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook the diced chicken breast until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Toss in your choice of vegetables and cook until tender yet vibrant.
- Push the veggies aside, crack in the eggs, and scramble until set. Mix everything together.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry to heat through, breaking up any clumps.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing for an even coating.
- Finally, add the cooked chicken and green onions. Mix well.
