Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and crumble feta over the top.
