Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tater tots (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Spread everything into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, swap the beef for lentils or plant-based meat. Feel free to add extra veggies.
