- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 oz white chocolate
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat and pour over chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked crust and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
- Melt white chocolate and mix in food coloring if desired. Use a piping bag to create a spiderweb on top of the tart.
- Decorate with edible spiders or Halloween decorations, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. This tart can be made ahead of time and tastes even better the next day.
