Description

Delicious and easy ground turkey dinner ideas that will elevate your weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • Spices (cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, to taste)
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onions until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and bell peppers; cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in spices and stir to combine; cook for another couple of minutes.
  5. Add broth, stirring to combine, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve in tortillas, over rice, or on a bed of greens.

Notes
