- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Spices (cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, to taste)
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onions until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and bell peppers; cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle in spices and stir to combine; cook for another couple of minutes.
- Add broth, stirring to combine, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve in tortillas, over rice, or on a bed of greens.
