Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and bell peppers, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Push veggies to the side and add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon to brown all over.
- Stir in the spices—chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together for a few more minutes.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes, stir to combine, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
