- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, salt, and sugar, and heat until the butter melts.
- Add flour and stir vigorously until it forms a ball.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small mounds onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, then fill each profiterole.
- Melt chocolate and cool slightly before dipping the tops of the profiteroles.
- Sprinkle gold dust on the chocolate before it sets for a festive finish.
