- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Mix in molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down evenly.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares and enjoy!
