Description

Delicious and fun ghost-shaped quesadillas perfect for Halloween parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Monterey Jack and Cheddar mix)
  • Black Olives (for decorating)
  • Cooking Spray or Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay a tortilla flat and cut out a ghost shape using a ghost cookie cutter or a knife.
  2. Add Cheese: Place a generous amount of shredded cheese on one half of the ghost-shaped tortilla.
  3. Decorate: Use black olives to make eyes and a mouth on the cheese.
  4. Fold and Cook: Gently fold the tortilla and heat a non-stick skillet on medium with cooking spray or butter. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Slice and Serve: Cut into triangles and serve hot with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with fillings like beans or veggies for added flavor.
