A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring rotini noodles, tender chicken, and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

- 8 oz Rotini Pasta
- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and stir until combined, then mix in grated parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rotini and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss together, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Serve garnished with extra parmesan and black pepper.
Notes
For added flavor, use fresh garlic and grate your own parmesan cheese. Feel free to add veggies like cherry tomatoes or bell peppers.
