Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage head into thick steaks, about 1-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once they’re done, garnish with fresh herbs and balsamic reduction if desired.
