Delicious beef and cheese nachos, perfect for game day snacking. Load them up with toppings for a crowd-pleaser!

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- Jalapeños, to taste
- Sour cream, for drizzling
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips.
- Once the beef is cooked, spread it evenly over the chips, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Add black beans and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with sour cream and add diced avocado or guacamole on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
