Description

Delicious beef and cheese nachos, perfect for game day snacking. Load them up with toppings for a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Jalapeños, to taste
  • Sour cream, for drizzling
  • 1 avocado, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  3. On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips.
  4. Once the beef is cooked, spread it evenly over the chips, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Add black beans and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with sour cream and add diced avocado or guacamole on top.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
