Description

A playful twist on traditional tacos, mixing creamy cheesecake with the crunchy fun of Fruity Pebbles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pre-made taco shells or mini tortilla shells
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (plus more for topping)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Taco Shells: If using tortilla wraps, heat them briefly in a skillet until warm but still bendable, then form into a taco shape and let cool.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and a splash of vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Incorporate Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Add Fruity Pebbles: Fold in a handful of Fruity Pebbles, reserving some for topping.
  5. Fill the Taco Shells: Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each taco shell generously.
  6. Garnish and Chill: Top with more Fruity Pebbles and sprinkles, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For best texture, serve as soon as possible after filling. Can prepare filling in advance, but fill shells just before serving.
