A flavor explosion of tender chicken, spicy Sriracha, and a rich creamy garlic sauce, served over chewy ramen noodles.

- 2 packs of Ramen Noodles
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cook the Ramen Noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken breast. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, Sriracha, and cream; mix until creamy.
- Toss the cooked ramen noodles into the sauce and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the ramen and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Adjust Sriracha to taste. Add spinach or bok choy for extra veggies.
