Description

A fun and creepy dessert, these Eyeball Brownies feature a rich, fudgy base topped with spooky candy eyeballs, perfect for Halloween parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Candy Eyeballs
  • 1 cup White Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in the melted butter until well blended.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  6. Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let brownies cool completely, then decorate with white frosting and place candy eyeballs on top.

Notes

Use quality chocolate for richer flavors. Don’t overbake to maintain a fudgy texture. Let cool completely for easier cutting.
